Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure the parcel is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship to Escentual

  Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
